Over the last decade I worked in the fast-paced corporate world and often faced stress and a sense of disconnection. In my personal life I went through grief, unfulfilling relationships and depression. Despite exploring various therapeutic methods, I struggled to reconnect with my well-being.

 

Then I discovered breathwork.

 

From my first session, I experienced a profound shift, releasing deep-seated stress and gaining clarity and purpose.

 

Now, as a certified breathwork coach, I help professionals and organisations manage stress and enhance emotional well-being.
