Personalised Breathwork Sessions

​Each individual is different, and I believe that a one-size-fits-all approach does not work in breathwork. In our one-on-one sessions, I conduct an initial assessment to understand your specific goals, challenges, and experiences. This allows us to create a customised breathwork journey that resonates with you, whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or enhanced focus.​​

I incorporate various structured breathing techniques, like diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing or alternate nostril breathing. Each method serves a specific purpose, from activating the parasympathetic nervous system to improving oxygenation and calming the mind. By learning these techniques, you’ll gain practical tools to manage stress and improve your emotional responses both in and out of the workplace.

Group Breathwork Classes

​A central focus of our group sessions is the use of specific deep breathing techniques that elevate oxygen levels, facilitating a profound reconnection with intuition and access to the unconscious mind. It can be achieved by for example holotropic breathing which involves faster, rhythmic breathing patterns combined with evocative music. This can lead to altered states of consciousness, enabling participants to connect with their emotions. The increased oxygen supply can stimulate creativity and clarity, helping individuals uncover insights and reconnect with their authentic selves.
